Problems receiving Live 4 order????

Hi, I know this might not exactly be on topic but I'm feeling a little lost. I placed my L4 order on July 26th and still haven't received it or a tracking number. Someone from Ableton (Melanie) has told me there's been shipping delays but what I don't understand is that if this is so why do local retailers in my area have L4 boxes falling off the shelves??? Has anyone else had a problem? I can't even get any shipping info on the order. This is really strange because I've never had a problem in the past....

i havent gotten mine and its been a couple of weeks, got the serial and everything, its just a box.. a really well designed box!

I cannot wait to put it on my shelf. Is it true that it comes with a Live 4 ID card?

...it's just the box but I feel that I paid the money they could at least provide a reason why there's a shelf load of boxes at the store while I have to wait weeks to get mine. I also wanted the printed manual. I'm just bummed I guess....
