Still on Tiger. I just upgraded from 10.9 to 10.11 this weekend.

That was a big step for me.

Just one clarification I forgot to make, all my audio software is completely stable on Leopard, it's the built in OSX programs and functions that generally give me issues.

In terms of music makin, no issues at all though.

Yeah, I would pick up Leopard if there was a real killer feature on it but there is nothing there that I "need". Time Machine looks pretty cool I suppose...

I'll be in the market around 10.5.5 or so...

No rush.

Leopard runs fine here with audio apps. In fact, the speed stepping seems to work better - Tarekiths Live 7 performance test scored better after going leopard. Not that it really matters to me as I use coolbook, but it's still interesting.

I've had a few hiccups with the OS, but nothing bad music related.

There are definitely a couple nice features I'm glad to have. Time Machine is nice and easy. The stacks are cool too for the dock.

The only thing I really want back is Tiger's searching system. Leopard search is annoying. Every time I want to search my system I have to call up the spotlight search criteria, go to System Files and tell it to include. And then everything comes up together. In tiger, you didn't have to explicitly tell it that every time and it also divided the files into categories.

No problems here.
Try to make an update work as opposed to a clean install if you hike the ball with Leopard. Still scratching my head as to why Waves has full functionality in Live when its' officially "unsupported". All my mates with similar set-ups are in the dark.
Total guess, I feel it's because I made the update work with whatever residual data/pref files in place. I very likely I'm wrong here.

Gotta say tho, I really like the idea of having multiple Leopard machines talking to each other with full functionality, taking advantage of key features like Time Machine, the new Finder and Spaces.

No, I don't work for apple

Still rockin' the Tiger. I can't think of any reasons to upgrade, so I'm cool for now.

Leopard on the macbook pro, Tiger on the G5 tower. Some problems under Leopard, but I'm reluctant to blame Leopard- I'm running Kore 2, Novation Remote 61, Korg Pad Kontrol, plus a Logitech mouse, a Midisport 4X4 (with a Mackie Control, Moog, and JMP-1 ) and a Fireface 800 sound card.... with a 200GB eSATA HD.
most USB hooked up to a Belkin USB hub with a USB switcher to use the hardware on the tower as well.
Basically I'm pushing the limits. :)

Updating Leopard to 10.5.2 now......
