Live 4 missing a previous feature?

Post by illtrooper » Wed Aug 18, 2004 5:04 pm

It's a bit tough to explain, but here it goes:

I was wondering if anyone else out there is missing the 'click on the upper timeline area to jump to that point in the song' feature that was in the 'arrangement' window?

Am I going crazy? I have used this program since 1.5, most heavily in version 3, and I seem to think I was able to do this before...

I know that you can drag the 'start point' arrow from the left and set it where you want... But I seem to recall being able to jump later in a track by simply clicking in the area I wanted to go to.

I searched back through the forums and missed any thoughts on this if it's there, 'sorry' if this is a dead topic.

I was working with Live last night and noticed the same thing. I was pulling my hair out. Thanks Machinate!

Nice one... I was really missing that feature. *tears* *sniff* it's still there!

..For Mac users (like me) it's COMMAND+Click ('APPLE' + Click), not 'control'

Thanks again, I knew it had to be in there somewhere.
