MIDI remote "send update" sends all but "mast

I just got BCR 2000 and am haveing no problems with the unit and live 4
although when i click send update it updates everything except for the master track info (volume, crossfader, and plug-in EQ)

is this me or the program??

bump

master volume is not sent to my midi controller with "send update"

neither is scene select (but that one isn't audible)

i haven't checked crossfader again as i dont use it
