Help!!! Problem with trigger finger

I don't what i've done, I'm an Idiot! The last two month worked my trigger finger perfect with drum rack. Now i've the problem, that the TF sends wrong notes in GM-Mode (Preset 1). For example the C" is D" and D is C" and so on. The 4x4-Matrix is completely destroyed. Have anyone an Idea? Wrong Bank-change?
L8 Suite, M4L, Maschine 1.1.
MacBook 2Ghz, 2Gb Ram
M-Audio-FW-Audiophile, APC40, Maschine, UC33e, Trigger Finger, VCI 100,one fucking old Midi-Keyboard, Fostex PM 0.5 MKII
