Hello everyone,
maybe there´s someone on the forum who can help me out on this. I´d lake to create a midi track in cubase sx that is able to trigger off the loops on the different tracks in live 1.5. I´ve already assigned midi notes to the loops, yet I´have no idea how to choose live as an output for the midi track in cubase. Is this possible at all?

Use midi yoke or vitual midi cable to connect cubase and live. But its anyway better to hook the two up via rewire and just build two arrangements, one in live and one in cubase.
It is my own experience though, that this does not work too well on the long term. At first it looks promising to combine the features of live and cubase (dont know what youre planning to do) But you will get a much more homogenous sound and in the end a better workflow, if you just decide to do the arrangement in one of the two alone. Additionally I discovered some problems when bouncing cubase and live channels together.
