Well, i've turned on the sync for the MIDI port we were using. No joy. It doesn't seem to receive any MIDI data. Very strangelaird wrote:What are your preferences/MIDI settings on the PC?
Does it receive Midi Beat Clock at all?

Check in the receiving port that is present an arrow that open another menu where you can choice the type of clock.mattboyslim wrote:Well, i've turned on the sync for the MIDI port we were using. Can't be more accurate in the description because i have my laptop under assistance and i haven't live under this machine.
Btw, i've solved in that way...after you have set to on the sync button you have also to choice the kind of midi clock.
While you're digging around in there, turn all of the midi ports on your PC from "DirectMusic" to "MME". It resolves alot of midi communication (and latency) issues on the PC. This is my new favorite solution to everything.
[My old favorite solution to everything was: "Yes you can do it, just use dummy clips and midi-ox"]
