I met Barack Obama tonight
FWIW Nader picked a running mate, Matt Gonzalez, a progressive too out there for even San Francisco to vote into office as Mayor, just the city council. (LOL, and if you could see the city council!!)

Yeah I saw you on CNN today while at the gym. Good shit bro.
Didn't Ellen just endorse Hillary?
Not that I'm surprised at that...not one bit.
I dunno who she endorsed, but I agree it wouldn't surprise me...although it does make me a little sad to see such a bitter fight in the democratic party.
Yup. I noticed you and...lol....don't take offense...
I waited a good 30-45 seconds to see if your wife would stop smiling. Man she NEVER EVER took that smile off her face. That's what's up though. I wish i could have attended. At one point your wife held up an Obama sign, and from what I saw last they showed a clip of Ellen dancing around.
I guess that's the part where she tried to get Obama to dance?
Whatever Doesn't Kill You, Only Makes You Stranger.
wait a sec, my wife didn't have a sign...the woman to my right had a sign, and she was really freaking out being on Ellen...
my wife is wearing green and she was to my left, and you actually didn't see her in the video because she was right behind Barack when he was standing up...check out the photo on www.nebulae.com and you'll see...
now I'm curious if there was other footage that was shown on CNN

Ohhhhh!
I thought SHE was your wife because looking at the pic on the first page it looks like she was a little too close to you..like she was trying to rest her head on your shoulder.
Now I don't feel so bad poking fun at her incessant grinning.

haha, yeah, she was a pretty cool lady, but she was definitely worked up over being on TV...plus she has a HUGE lovely smileSleep Tyght wrote:nebulae wrote:wait a sec, my wife didn't have a sign...the woman to my right had a sign, and she was really freaking out being on Ellen...

My wife's the cracka in the green jacket.
This is probably closest to what I'd say about Obama's candidacy --

As I recall it, the courts handed Bush the White House by, you know, handing him the White House.nebulae wrote:I have a lot of respect for what Nader's done, but this is quite possibly the most selfish move ever, especially after handing Bush the white house in 2000 by taking Gore's votes.
If you don't want people to vote for the guy they want to vote for, why do you want to have these vote thingies at all?
Suit #1: I mean, have you got any insight as to why a bright boy like this would jeopardize the lives of millions?
Suit #2: No, sir, he says he does this sort of thing for fun.
