So we use two macbooks synched up via midi for our live sets.
In the past we have just run a midi cable from one dudes trigger finger to the other's mpd.
Since i upgraded to leopord this isn't the case. When i open ableton, i am still receiving the blinking green midi sync in light when i connect the midi cable to his triggers midi out, but when i hit ext, i don't seem to slave.
this has been a huge pain in the ass. we've tried it with different midi controllers. (his trigger to my mpd, his trigger to a korg microkontrol, his edirol usb midi interface to my mpd, my edirol usb interface to his trigger finger, ETC ETC.)
it ain't work. what's up?
