The Application Live quit unexpectedly - after some seconds

my live closes with the error The Application Live quit unexpectedly maybe 20 seconds after opening some older projects.
with newly created sets this does not happen.
deleted the pram, trashed preferences, repaired permissions, cleaned caches but problem is still there.
seems this occours after updating to quicktime 7.4.1 but not sure.

using ableton live 7.2 suite, mac os x 10.5.2

check your plug ins. i've noticed a trend that seems to point to plugins causing all these funny shutoffs...
