importing bounced files in Ableton running as Slave

I have a problem.
Im bouncing my files from DP into ableton. When I put them in ableton and play them together with the originals in DP, they doesn't match up!
(I turned of the Warp function). I think the problem could be that I have a lot of time signature changes in DP so it screws ableton up.

Have you guys experienced the same?

Don't match up how??????

there's only one way for everything to "match up" and every other way possible = "not match up"

sorry for beeing unclear,

I bounce a 5 min drum track in DP (the drums doesn't come in until 4min31sec and before that, my song contains 2 tempo changes)
I open the bounced file into ableton running slavemode.

When I press play in DP the bounced drumtrack in ableton starts a few seconds earlier (4min25sec) than than the same drum track in DP (4min31sec).
