hm don't have one on those but i think i recall my creative ones worked pretty well at removing the noise, so its defiantly possible

So, that's about it then? 99% noise removal is possible? How does it work?

Up to 99% ambient noise reduction at 160Hz

I would be sceptical. The statement is a very specific yet vague at the same time.

It is possible to get 0% reduction without that statement being incorrect.

You will still have problems with low frequency noise as well
