WHEN ROUTING MY CHANNELS TO A AUDIO IN GROUP SUB MIX CHANNEL I GET A HIGH PITCH SOUND IN THE BACK GROUND WHEN NOTHING IS PLAYING from the audio channel i am using as my group sub mix???

Hi, maybe you could try using a Gate on the group track so when nothing is playing the Gate will kick in.
I don't have the problem you mentioned but if I am routing tracks that use heavy compression to a group there can be a hiss when nothing is playing so I use the Gate device.

Or, it could be that the high pitch sound is feedback: you have to set the input chooser of the bus track, to "none" (I'm talking about the "audio from" chooser). Otherwise, if you have a built-in microphone, the signal will input from the microphone and be mixed with the tracks you're sending to the bus.
