Can ableton songs be moved between Mac OsX and Windows XP platforms?

haven't tried it yet in 7 but it used to work in live 6. Just save the song as a complete song and open it using the other OS.

Simple as!

If you use plugins that don't exist on the other OS, render them to audio files first. The built in effects are there of course.

thanks for contacting Ableton. You can exchange your Ableton Live files between Mac and windows without problems.
Please be aware, that there might occur problems, if you use plug-ins in your Live-Set, which might be not available to Mac but for windows and vice versa.
