Cant send from my return tracks

Hi everybody. I was trying to recreate the "rain effect" made by Robert Henke, but I haven't noticed until now that my send dials on return tracks are grey, so they're receiving but not sending.

Also I noticed that I can't activate the Cue function, it appears in grey aswell.

I have live 6.0.1, I downloaded the 7.0.1 demo aswell and I have the same problem.

I have an edirol audio interface, audio drivers with OK setup, dual core 1,6 Ghz, 1 Gb ram...

Do you have some clues about what could be happening on my system? Thanks for reading

right click the sends and activate them, they are set to 'off' by default from some version or other.

No, really, thank you so much, I've been trying everything to do it, but you know, when you start getting crazy you forget things....for example, the right mouse button hahaha.
