is it possible to run smoothly from one Live Set to another in a gig situation?
and can i arrange all my Live Sets into my desired running order?

There are 2 ways:
1. If your computer can handle it, open two different instances of Live (you need to duplicate the application on your hard drive to do this - and it can be a bit flakey)
2. (The better way IMO) Combine all your Live Sets into one mega-set. You can drag whole .als files from Live's browser into another Live Set. Or: unfold the .als (using the little triangle next to it in the browser) to drag in individual tracks. (You can also unfold tracks to drag in individual Clips)
I use a Live Set that is 110 tracks wide x 250 scenes deep.
