Different colors for up-picking directions of values

If your controller has only potentiometers or unmotorized faders, than this could be a request for you too.

Looking at the screen to get the value exactly and fast is hard.
Different colors on the bottom (instead of only yellow), depending from which side you are adjusting would be a great help.

Maybe there could be a color graduation depending on how far the potentiometer is from the actual value!
