time offset with protools

i am not able to start live and protools at the same beat: when I hit the play button in protools, live4 (session)seems to start with protools. the first bar sounds confused, the second starts with the wrong beat...

protools 6.4 HD
live4
G5 1.8
OSX 10.3

anybody got the solution?

Click on the looping icon in Live so that is greyed out. This doesn't prevent Live from Looping when in Rewire mode, it just gets rid of the problem you are describing.

By the way, this has been a problem for awhile. 2.0.3 was the last version not to have this problem.
