Sorry fella, I'm gunna have to piss all over your cornflakes later.

I am going to send you the exact link i found on google to download battery, i couldnt give a fuck what version it is, and I'm not into ripping people off by buying cracked software. as i said, I have never used a VST in my life, so i thought i would get a free one to fuck about with before finding some decent VST's to PURCHASE.

And for the whiney little keyboard warriors, give it a rest, I had a moan because i am having some teething problems with stuff that isnt working from what i read IN THE MANUAL. You pretty much sound like you all need to get laid or something, honestly, the tension is almost homo-erotic !

I shouldnt have posted in here moaning about certain people, i was having a shit day with the software and i needed to let off steam.

i read the manual and live is pretty intuitive after you've spent some time learning it. Live can be a bit different surely, but it will come with time. Don't get scared away by people making jokes, and feel free to ask about anything. People here are nice with a few exceptions.

See, if you ask a question to which the answer can be EASILY found in the manual, someone's gonna send you back there to find it! It's the only way you'll learn; TBH, most people on this board have read the manual in one form or another in order to get the most out of their software. DO IT!

(and don't download licensed software!)

The first thing i did the day my live box arrived was to make a cup of fresh espresso (or rather a few cups) and then jump out in the garden, reading the manual from one end to another and THEN i started playing. I think that jumpstarted me

That said, i had been testing the demo for a little so i was already rather comfortable

So what? Google doesn't have people investigating every link. For example, KVR has a Google Ads sidebar- there's been links to sites that were selling cracked versions of software as well as links to porn sites (as well as pictures appearing with the links) that have appeared there- neither of which are shall we say appropriate for a music site frequented by developers and people checking in from their day jobs. And, countries such as China could give a rat's ass about the intellectual property laws of the EU/USA; they allow cracked software sites to exist.

If you'd been Googling like that, I think you would have at least done a little research on the creators of the app, which would have brought you to the NI site.
