slice track to midi crash

When you slice an audio loop (session view) to a new midi track, re-arrange the newly created MIDI for the slices, play your new slice sequence and meanwhile duplicate that track in session view, live experiences a serious error and shuts down. Happened 3 times in a row wit different audio loops, live 7.0.3 under win xp pro sp2, latest updates.
