In session view, if I move the global tempo up and down by large amounts then my unwarped clips currently playing will jump and/or stop playing. The Hard Disk Overload indicator flashes on when this happens.
I thought if warp is off, global tempo should have zero effect.
The use-case for this is I'm playing guitar/vocals tracks unwarped and then I want to mix to a warped electronic track, so while the unwarped track is playing I want to quickly adjust the global tempo to match the next warped clip tempo, so that it plays close to original tempo.
Only 2 tracks and no effects, so I don't think it's any kind of true overload...
Just testing, the problem also happens sometimes when using the tempo nudge buttons. No use-case for this, but might help debug the problem.
And then...
Just discovered that the bug only happens if arrangement loop is switched on and it's currently playing within the loop region. So, it's easy to avoid - switch off arrangement loop - but I thought I'd let you know anyway, in case it's a symptom of something underlying that's not right. In any case, I'm surprised that anything can affect unwarped tracks in this way. But as it's easy to avoid, I guess this is a low priority one...
