holy moley!! i can scratch inside Live, not Live clips but WHOOOOHOOO!! the VST version is GREAT!! (so far.)

so, Ms Pinky owners - what's lacking in Live when you have this? as far as scratching goes. could you get a CDJ sync'ed to a midi clock in Live and load the same songs into Pinky as Live and get freaky deeky?

where do you buy your mp3 vinyl? it's like making your own vinyl, or burning a CD for a CDJ. I just pointed the Pinky VST to my entire mp3 collection (waiting for it to scan now).

what are you expecting? if it's put up or shut up with nathan, OK, I can hobble something together, maybe. he went a different route, he knows what he did could be done easier with Pinky, he did some homebrewed shit, that we don't know about yet.

if you want me to make something for you to use like what Nathan did, you need the Pinky vinyl to use it regardless.

first utility is gain from the turntable and channel swapping because my left and right cables are reversed and I'm too lazy to swap them. the other is add gain because I'm trying out midi controller to x-fade with, as Winston suggested.

OK troll.

put an instance of Ms Pinky VST into a bunch of tracks.
load each Pinky VST with a different loop.
make dummy clips to toggle each Ms Pinky VST, even just mute/unmute.

done.

make a midi track to fire the dummy clips to enable/disable each Pinky.

that fulfills all the requirements of Nathan's project, at least what we know of it so far.

**this does not in any way diminish his accomplishments**
we don't know what he did. as for the video, this is how you do it in Live with Pinky.

I'm not playing with max all weekend. I'm not making a video and posting
it, not for you, that's the reality of the situation. the above works, my free
time is too valuable.

yeah, knew you were just a hater, that's cool, there are still some hot heads
after the drama of late. let Nathan fight his own fights, I have no problem
with the guy. really, you're just pushing the point of me critisizing Nathan's
work, not cool, you're kind of putting him in an awkward position too.

you played your cards too soon. if you want me to make a .als you can
download with some dummy clips in it, no problem. you won't be able to use
it without Ms Pinky. I don't want to bring Nathan into this, but his project also
requires software you'd need to buy. the above answer fulfills his known
requirements.

all this tells me is that you don't know Live very well and you're so pissed off
you made an alter-nick, a fanboy thread and made nice just to prove me
wrong. dork.

if my first solution was too complicated for you... use a RACK.

racks of Ms Pinkies, as you turn a knob, you change Pinkies, because
each Pinky has a separate loop, you're changing loops.

get it yet?
