Remote 25 set up problem with Live 6 LE

I have connected my Remote 25 to my iMac under tiger and have managed to get the keys to trigger midi signals via my Fasttrack pro soundcard.

However, I cannot managed to get the remotes faders and knobs to trigger any signals even when using the Ableton 2 template preset. An error message of "No Control" comes up.

Could anyone please give me some advice as the FAQ on Novations site are pretty useless.

choose your device and ports in midi preferences

I've done that, the note kays work and trigger midi. I followed the walk through on ableton help.

It is just the knobs and faders that aren't working.

did you set ALL ports? at my own zeroSL there are 3 ins and 3 outs!

at the midi preferences, just as like you choosing more than one same devices. i could give you a screenshot in a 2 hours or so
