I actually managed to do the tarnce thing in a former life

most of the time it was the hard house room that I did my gurning in though

155bpm of um-ber-um-ber-um-ber-um-ber never failed to make the pill monster awake

I would never, ever, ever try and listen to that kind of music in any other environment, nor even readily admit to listening to it at all, but I was young

in fact despite the unquestionable tackiness of 'Cloud 9' in Vauxhall or 'the drome' at London Bridge, or NYE at Brixton Academy in the early noughties there is somethign I will never forget about that time

the punk toilet woman whose job it apparently was to occasionally swish a mop around in the 2 inch deep puddle of putrid waste water while smoking her fags and clearly gurning as much of the rest of us will never be forgotten

in fact I'm sure she was Simon Pegg's land lady

the drome was the most disturbing, people didnt know when to stop in there, and it was the weird old blokes who came up to you and made bizarre gestures with their pelvic region that left me scarred

also, the one time I found myself having a conversation with an imaginary person while sitting down by myself in a dark corner, then realising I was actually gesticulating with my hands quite vigorously and suddenly realising and opening my eyes to see two girls looking at me in bewilderment or maybe even abject terror

there is a good reason these drugs are illegal

no, what I mean is, people take drugs anyway. no matter if they are threatened by death penalty or a kick in the nuts. if you want drugs, you can get drugs.

can we lower drug use? yes we can. do we need to lock up people for drugs to accomplish this? no.
objective information/education is the key (instead of demonising drugs.)

I don't want to turn this into a legalisation-discussion, sorry guys.

OK John, if you come to Palazzo on 21 May I promise to introduce you to your teacher (the blond one of course, or you prefere the fat one)
Sorry for video quality the place was dark, as you might notice except for those 2 girls the moves of the rest of the crowd(it is usually 2-3 thousand there) show rather limited motoric skills. As most of people said once you manage to short-circuit most parts of your brain through whatever intoxicants of choice you ready for tarnce dance.
So here video from last Palazzo party.
