Live 7.0.3 Freezes during initialization

Hi, I just installed Live 7.0.3 a few days ago and almost every time I run the program, it freezes during the initialization stage. I get the splash screen, it says it's scanning for VST's, then when it says it's creating a live set it freezes. At this point I cannot stop it. I'm on Windows and when I press CTL+ALT+Delete, Live does not even show up in the processes. At this point I have to do a hard re-boot to my computer without shutting it down properly. Now it's doing the same thing with 7.0.2.

Anyone ever see this or have any ideas what's going on??

Mine is doing exactly the same thing mate...don't know why either..annoying...live takes ages to load up and then stalls..control alt delete shows no live for me either...again no idea maybe ableton can put us right on this

Im having the same problem when loading. I also notice that it take a long time to close the program or sometimes it just freezes.. Im tring to delete all files of ableton on my computer then reinstalling this might help. I had Albeton since Live 4 and I had Live 7 since it first came out. I change computers and NOW i have this same problem we all have here.

Ableton please help!
