Novation Nio -> Alesis M1 (RCA -> XLR or TRS ) ?

Novation Nio -> Alesis M1 (RCA -> XLR or TRS ) ?

I have recently acquired a Novation Nio interface and now need to hook it up to my Alesis M1 520s.
The Nio only has RCA outs and the M1s have balanced XLR and unbalanced/balanced 1/4" TRS ins.

What is the best option for connecting these?
