The tradeoff will be this:
Low Buffer settings: audio playback might stutter on playback, but you get low latency when recording (a better feel)
High Buffer settings: playback will be stable, less pront to clicks and blips... but that "feel" upon recording will be more disconnected.
Set your levels to where you can play back 20 tracks of audio without dropouts or stutters, but dont have a large gap between the time you make a sound versus when you hear it.
