4.0.2 bug with kontakt/multiple outputs

in 402 i only have the main 'track out' available from kontakt. all the other audio outs i was using have disappeared (though they are still available in kontakt, only Live doesn't 'see' them)

and for midi tracks pointing to kontakt midi channels, it now says '1-Plugindevice' (in the routing submenu), instead of '1-Kontakt', which doesn't really matter, but still, it could be linked.
so 402 is unusable for me...

and what about the shortcut for the preferences dialog box? it is stated to be [Ctrl-,] in the manual, but doesn't work. any word about that?

on top of that i get stuck notes that i didn't get in 401 (still using kontakt).

I was about to upgrade to 4.02. As a Kontakt user it looks like I better hold off. Bummer! I hope you reported the problem directly to Ableton, peeddrroo, considering that they do not check this forum out every day.

I've just tested Kontakt and it works for me perfectly with multiple outs.

Oh, now I see what the problem is. You can't load songs with plug-ins that have multiple outs. Sorry, this is a new bug in Live 4.0.2.

meaning 4.0.3 will come quickly hopefully...

anyway, i'll stick to 4.0.1 in the meantime...

some notes keep on playing until they receive another note on event or until the sample reaches the end.
it's completely random (but doesn't occur very often): i have 5 kontakt instruments in the same VSTi instance, the instruments are fed by separate midi tracks in Live, and it happens in any of the instruments.

it happened while clips were playing, i didn't check it with real-time playing from a midi keyboard.
last thing i can add is that some of the samples used kontakt's 'time machine' mode, some of them with speed set to zero. i can't tell if it only happened on samples that are in this mode.

The shortcut for preferences only works on Mac, because it is a system feature. The manual has a bug.

Preferences should not be used very often and therefore we felt a shortcut isn't needed.

Arrrggggghhhh!!!!!! Just when I thought my automation problem seemed better with 4.0.2, this one is even worse! 4.0.2 is mostly unusable for me now.
