hahahaha that is one option

there are several things you can do
now i presume your using an internal harddrive which runs both your OS and everything else in that box of yours.

external
either USB or (the better option) Firewire external harddrives are dead cheap.
http://www.lacie.com/us/products/range.htm?id=10033
id recomend the
LaCie d2 Quadra Hard Drive
or the
aCie Big Disk Extreme+ Triple

internal is of course another option
replacing your exisiting harddrive with a much larger one, most likely to induce massive headaches coppying everything across and re installing

personally, id get a firewire pci board chuck that in, and get a lacie external

good luck

The answer is simple.

Buy a bigger drive.
M-Tech D900T laptop, 17" WSXGA+ wide-screen, Intel Pentium 4 3.4 GHz HT (600 series) 2 MB cache, 2048 RAM (Dual Channel DDR2 PC4200 533 MHz), Dual hard drives: 80 gig x 2 = 160 gig SATA 5400 rpm (RAID 0 config)
Korg Zero 8 mixer/soundcard/MIDI

You have to come up with a non-artard question to warrant more than a cursory response.

Captain Obvious has misused the word 'cursory'.
subterFUDGE has failed to recognise sarcasm.

Are there places on a mac HD that stuff can get stored that you thought you deleted?

For example I deleted some big programs and expected a much bigger change in HD space. I am wondering if their files are still somewher on the comp or if they got cleaned out.

I did the old. Drag app icon to trash move. Is that the right move?

It's great when b0unce starts a thread, then tries like hell to give a Golden Shower to the people that amuse him the most.

Jesus.

I don't ever want to know what he does on a Saturday night for fun....

BUZZZZ. Sorry, cursory was used correctly, the mistake was the use of 'artard', which is not a real word. 'Artard'. Thanks for playing.
