Updated driver for Echo Indigo

A friendly hello to everyone,

the drivers for the echo indigo series (indigo i/o, indigo dj, indigo) were updated to the version 6.11 (Win) and 1.3 (Mac).

In the readme-file it says:
"Version 6.11 offers several improvements over 6.10. We recommend that all users running Windows Me, 2000 and XP upgrade to this version of the driver."

Mac users don't get too excited, version 1.3 for OSX is from *last* September.

I don't think updated drivers for Mac are necessary. Everything works fine.
