What is the best plugin software scratcher?

I am looking for some type of plugin that will allow you to scratch
an audio track in Ableton. Does anyone have any recomendations?

And the site was entirely in Japaneese...
But I have this crazy VST plugin, and its not listed on KVR!
Let me go find it, and maby it will suit your needs...
