Relocate missing Table of Contents?

I'm trying to access a tutorial to try and prevent driver latency but Live isn't finding any tutorials on my hard drive. Seems like a simple problem but I'm not sure how to find the missing lessons files...

Anyone know what's up?

Check in Live's preferences in the Live Packs tab. There should be some lessons, like "Live 7 Lessons" installed in there. If they're missing you can download them from http://www.ableton.com/livepacks - instructions how to install are also on that page. Hope that fixes it...

Hello Kiddid,

I second 8O´s suggestion. In general:
Live stalls all instrument and effect presets in its Library folder. You might have not lost the instruments and effects itself, just the factory presets and lessons. I assume you have accidentally changed the Library Path: you can choose the location of Live´s library folder freely on your hard drive, but the Library path needs to point Live to the Library folder, so the presets are available. Please try, if setting the Library path back to its default location already fixes the problem:

PC: C:\Documents and Settings\your user name\My Documents\Ableton\Library

Mac: user homefolder/library/application support/ableton/library

In case you had installed Live´s library folder to a different than the default location when you first started Live, please set the Library path to this location.

Once the Library path points to the right library folder again, you´ll be able to load all instrument presets and lessons again.

ableton is now locating the tutorials but the samples tied to the tutorials are coming up offline...shouldn't this also be straightened out now that i've set my Library path back to the proper location:?:
