That's great, I was wondering why they had left that out, great for velocity builds and fades!

Ctrl+SpaceBar = Play selected region only - ie stop at the end of selection

Crtl+Arrow = rearrange track(s) in arrangement or session view

And, possibly my fav arrangement view shortcut ATM:
left/right arrow = fold/unfold arrangement view track(s)

I just realized you can draw notes of any length in the midi editor, even at a small grid setting.

and adjust the velocity, all in one operation

double-click, hold, drag.. to the right, and up/down for velocity

maybe posted before - this thread is too big! ;)

I can't remember how to enable the GUI of a VST from one track to STAY on screen when selecting another track....

I think I read it here but I might have been dreaming..... 8O

Anyone?

In the envelope section of a session view loop - click "LINKED" so it says "UNLINKED" - Now you can put as much automation you like on the loop - for example, 4 bars of clip automation on a 1 bar loop.

Easily overlooked, very handy indeed, especially for people who like to start building tracks in session view.

Thread is way too big to know if it is already mentioned:

Clicking on the word "Start / End / Position / Length" in the Clip View Windows lets you jump to the position of the marker in the window next to it. Even though they don´t look like buttons.

Crazy ape´s.

if the fold button is pressed in the MIDI editor you can double click anywhere under the note lanes to show/hide the velocity view

uh yeah. the track play buttons as opposed to the clip play buttons, so that you can assign a row of qwerty keys to launch the corresponding clips on the tracks, no matter what scene you are in.

i have never ever noticed this until some days ago when i posted a thread about it. i usually just launch scenes.
so yeah, if i knew about that way before that would really have made an impact on my template set, in that good way.
