How do you use ,Stylus,Nu Jointz, Trilogy within 4.0

I can't seem to get sound when I move any of the programs mentioned in a midi track in ableton 4.0. When I rewire reason getting sound is no problem. When using any of the programs I mentioned I can see bars moving as if I should be getting sound.
I know it's funtioning. However, I hear no nothing.

I'm using patchmix by E-mu with emulator X my sound card is a 1212. If anyone can help me to figure out how to get sound from these programs in Ableton 4.0 I would be grateful. I also need tips on using VST intruments within 4.0
