All the fun hot chicks go to gay clubs. Even if you aren't hitting on them they are a lot more open in that environment and will have fun with you.
If you're straight and comfortable with your sexuality and being around gay guys it can even be somewhat of an ego boost. You'll get a lot more attention from men and women at a gay bar. I'm not ashamed to admit I've closed some nights at a gay club to balance out the emotional beating I got from women at straights bars earlier in the night.

I went to my first gay bar in Salzburg. I just picked a bar and didn't think much about the male torso sculptures lining the bar until a man with a peg leg put his hand down my shirt to fondle me. no big whoop.
I spent many fun filled all nighters in the Castro district in SF. Some very excellent house music. I have gay friends and they know how to have a f'n good time. If you are skittish about queers... well that sucks, but its common.

ever since a very close friend of mine came out, he's taken me out to some gay hangouts and to be quite honest, i've had a blast. Girls are indeed a lot more lax in these places. As my friend says: they're a lot more at ease, since they're not getting harassed every two minutes by random, macho, frat boy douche bags, and the fact that you're comfortable and open minded enough to be enjoying yourself amongst all the gayness going on around you is appealing to them.
One word of advice. Avoid bear night. That's when the "burly" gay men with hairy backs and chests get together to take off their shirts and dance to really bad techno. My ex-girlfriend thought that would be a fun way to spend our Valentines Day night. The air was so thick with hairy man sweat that you could taste it. We broke up shortly after that. Guess I don't know what fun is.
Also avoid getting in a relationship with a female that has nothing but gay male friends. She has serious mental issues.
