Laptop + Digi 002 Rack Ergonomics

Just wondering if there would be any potential for electrical (or other) interference if a loptop were to be placed directly ontop of a 002 Rack during mobile recoding sessions... just considering practical setup options... anything worth taking to account?

i've taken my digi 002 and laptop out as a recording rig and for live sets and usually the digi is under the lappy- in my mixer-rack the lappy actually sits directly on top ofthe digi- and i have never had any noise issues.(yet)
