midi dump help / osx

i'd like to update the firmware of my behringer b-control bcr-2000 that i'm using to control live. i've dowloaded the upgrade as a sysex file to my mac but have no idea what to do with it.

the behringer update instruction simply reads:
"1. connect the B-Control to the computer and open your favourite MIDI dump program. 2. Update your unit with the new firmware v1.06"

any suggestions of a (preferably free) mac os x software that i could use for dumping the sysex file to the controller?
