can't configure inputs w/4.0.3
i can't configure the inputs on my digi 001
i wanted more input tracks and when i went to turn them on i found that i could not. Then i discovered that the ones allready turned on couldn't be turned off (after clicking ok in prefrences and then reopening the input prefrences the settings were back to the way they started)
os 10.2.8 and digi 001 & live 4.0.3

Same problem with the Emagic A62m but not fixed with 4.03
Alex,
I have exactly the same problem that Mike describes with with my Emagic A62m card - I can't turn on or off any of the additional inputs - I'm using 4.0.3 in Mac OSX 10.3.5. Any ideas on how I can fix this?
Thanks.

Hi Alex,
I can definitely see all 6 of the additional inputs in the "Input Config" in Live's Audio Preferences. They do appear, but when I try to turn them on or off, the selections are not saved and consequently do not appear in the session tracks as channels I can route to/from. I know these channels on the A62m work on other apps (Logic, Reason, etc.). I have also been e-mailing [email protected] about problems with my A62m since upgrading to Live 4.x. Everything was perfectly stable from Live 2.x through 3.x. I have also had Live crash on me many times and I have sent the crash reports to [email protected]. Let me know how best to proceed.
Thanks.

Alex,
Downloading and installing the September 17, 2004 version of Live 4.0.3 fixed the problem perfectly! I can now select any variation of input channels that I want. I previously had the September 16, 2004 version of Live 4.0.3 (at least, that's the only difference that I can see between the two applications).
Thanks for your prompt help.
