Wow. I am sooo looking forward to the show coming up! That setlist looks pretty sick!

I'll post here when I come back from it

Forgot to post....
Show was Taj Mahal > Keller Williams > Keller/Taj/Ratodog/Kang > Ratodog/Kang

Sun was beating down, July 4th, then torrential downpour of rain for an hour, then a nice evening. Highlight for me was being backstage standing 4 feet from Bobby laying down Deep Elem Blues for the bassplayer of Taj Mahal :) Bobby seemed tired, but Michael Kang was keeping it rockin.

Drums

Loving the drums. Nice and heavy.

I would have a nice synth lead in there at some point though. Drop the guitars and let the drums rock with a phat synth.

Haha, yeah those drums are nice. Outside of the arrangement, I can't take much credit for the content of this track, as it was deliberately built using almost exclusively non-original content. Those drums are from BT's drum loop library CD, and the guitar is from Infrared Roses. ;)

I had one day to bust out a Grateful Dead remix, so it was all about the arrangement for me. I definitely learned a lot from working with the BT loop though...his sound design is incredible!

Nice! Post some details here if you can....I was just wondering what Phil and Bobby have been up to the past couple of years.

They are still busy as ever, I manage to catch a show or two a year.
