Tarnce only? no, is only one plugin. We will be including a few video effects plugins as eveyone has seen a tunnel   To be honist im not sure why i made a tunnel? never mind, some might use it...

Heres a webpage with a load off video effects, some well be adding: http://developer.download.nvidia.com/sh ... brary.html a lot of work ahead but well worth it.

No, product is not yet available.

Ive included video input from firewire and usb webcams. works well.

I'ts been almost 2 months since my last post on this forum and im getting about 500 - 800 views a week on this thread so thanks for all the interest. :D

Im still working hard, ive improved the video renderer so no more jagged edges, im currently building the last vst plugin for my solution which ive called "AVA Multiplayer", allows you to use AVI, WMV video & JPG, GIF, PNG images into the video renderer, more on this soon...

Can't believe iv'e had about 1000 views over the weekend!

Ill show some video screnshots soon , pretty cool stuff like infinate regression effects ect. Hopefully ill release between 20 -30 video effect plugins to start everyone off and also include software development kit to develope your own.

Ive totally rewritten our video engine, needed to as I wished to use the latest technology from Nvidia and ATI.

Each "MultiPlayer" VST Plugin can play up to 4 video's or images which are then manipulated by up to 15 video effects. Any number of "MultiPlayer" plugins can be used in your session.

Our solution has 4 video decks, back, left, right and front. Left and right uses the crossfader, back is ideal for backgrounds and front is ideal for graphics and text like titles, subtitles and film credits etc.

Is it ever going to see the light of day? Or is this like your PDA project? Tease, tease, tease and then change your name and work on a new project..
I think you got about 2 or 3 months left until its officially vaporware. 2nd so far..
I don't see any difference from this thread or the one you did for over a year as Gafferuk.
Vaporware is a software or hardware product which is announced by a developer well in advance of release, but which then fails to emerge, either with or without a protracted development cycle. The term implies unwarranted optimism, or sometimes even deception; that is, it may imply that the announcer knows that product development is in too early a stage to support responsible statements about its completion date, feature set, or even feasibility.

I got fed up with the pda project as was thinking about this project.

Ive slowed my posts to this forum for that reason.

Im doing my best, ive written over 100,000 lines of code, it takes time.

Sorry about teasing with the pda project, I wasnt happy with the end result and no way was going to release it, and i didnt spend a year on it, was about 7 months. I learned a lot about programming with that pda project, i learned im very good programmer, so i decided to start a new project. ( the truth is uploading the code to the pda each time to test a single line of code just pissed me off too much so i abandoned it.)

Did you know only 1 in 10 projects ever see the light of day or make a profit.

Please understand this, if this lighting codec takes off then im rich!! i wont leave this project unless i know fact that it's dead.

As for saying in 2 monts it's officialy vapor ware, who made that up???

Even my competetor has yet to release there first version...

Yeah. But who needs a 600€ phone to send an sms or make a call?
The whole device is overkill. Steve Jobs stated that the new iphone wouldn't cost more than 199$ worldwide..
There was a little asterisk attached to that statement though. If you're belgian, you can go and fudge yourself..
Selling phones with a subscription is illegal over here. Which means they gotta crank up the price of the phone to about 600€. Thats about 930$.
Not sure about the final price yet, but I wont be far of the mark.
