Remote SL and Keyboard Zones - Note off not working (osx)

Hi.

I wonder if anyone else have this problem.

I turned Zones ON, on my Remote SL, and if same notes (and same octave) on different zones are played at the same time with any VST (i tested ni pro-53 and B4 Ni), these plugins keeps playing notes pressed even if i had released it.

Very annoying.

It's something to do with the "note off" midi function that Ableton seems not receiving it or something like that. I think is ableton and not the plugins or my keyboard, because de Template Editor of Novation is showing that the Note Off is played every time i release a note, and it happens with 2 o 3 plugins. I'm tired of testing it, i didn't test anymore.

Fix it please!! anyway i´ll contact you by mail, Ableton!

setup:

Novation Remote 61 SL - OS 4.1 (automap 2)
Ableton 7.0.7
Mac OSX Leopard 10.5.3

I share with you the answer of Ableton Support to my private question of this problem (very fast answer!! thank you Michael)

i' ve tested it here on our Remote SL. I've created 3 Zones, with 3 different midi channels and note on and note off is working as expected.

I suggest to check your plugins and your midi/sync setup.

Try to record some notes into empty midi clips in Live and check if note OFF is working.

Let me know if you got further problems.
