create a new document

open each of the files as separate files within photoshop
and then drag them to your new document, where they should each become their own layer.

You can also make sure your Layers Window is on, hit the create a new layer button, then paste an image or do whatever on that new layer.

Depending on what version of PS you are using, you may not be able to simply drag one image onto another (using the black select tool). It may not work if the image is set as a background as opposed to a layer.

To make a background into a layer:
- Make sure your LAYERS palette is visable. (window>layers)
- and if the image says BACKGROUND, then double-click where it says background (in the layers palette)
- This makes it a layer, which you can rename.
- Now you can drag it on tp of another image in photoshop/

1° open photoshop and drag your 3 images as separated images

2° open a new project

3° on each of your images : ctrl + A (select all) , ctrl + C (copy)

4° for each images you copyed, ctrl + v (paste) on your new project (when pasting a selection you create automatically a new layer)

5° save as photoshop file
