Yeah I agree Machinate and that was my full intention when starting the project so please don't think that it wasn't. If you haven't checked out my website there is countless hours of work there available free for download, so I think I have contributed more than my fair share to the Ableton community.Machinate wrote:I think it would be prudent to release the pack as-is, seeing as people participated with the thought of also being able to share the package... right?
There are a few major factors why I haven't put anything from this project up for download yet. So without going into it to deep I'll give a quick rundown... starting with last August my first child was born... which pretty much brought the world to a screeching halt and to any project I was working on at the time. You may have noticed the development of my site pretty much ended there too. 2 - no one actually contributed to this project even a single cycle of anything with the exception of a very generous set of MS20 samples from Poster (thanks again Poster hope to put it to good use). 3 - the stuff that I have so far is a far cry from something I'd be happy about uploading to everyone... at this stage its maybe 6 patches (experimental ones at that, trying to work out whats the best way to do this well). So I'm happy to offer what I got right now... just think it will be fairly useless for most in its current state.
Good news is opuswerk has come along now and breathed some new life into an old project. So my suggestion would be to have everyone sit tight until opus and I put some decent patches together. He and I have agreed to share whatever content the two of us can get our hands on, which includes some pretty cool stuff like a Prophet 08, Evolver, FR-777, Moog, and some others.
So yes Machinate you are right... let us upload some stuff first and then hope that others will be motivated to jump in on the project.

looking forward what you'll come up with.. one day.. take your time..
in the meantime I do not have the MS20 anymore, so I hope the cycles are adequate..
the MS is replaced by a Moog.. could provide that as well..
