Selling Ableton Live Suite - some questions

if i sell my ableton live suite,

can i just give the buyer the license numbers and that's it?
i stop using them, he starts using them?

You need to make a transfer aided by the Abletons. http://www.ableton.com/pages/faq/license

"You may transfer your entire Ableton Suite license to another user, but not licenses for single instruments or libraries within Ableton Suite. If you already owned licenses for one or more add-on components and then upgraded to Suite, you may transfer those previously purchased licenses separately."

Is it the download version of Suite? Can you PM me with how much you want?

what happens if i just stop using the license and another person starts using them?

There's the authorization bit... But if you only have one computer authorized - it would work. But be illegal.

That sucks lol i should have tried before i buyed hehe...i suppose i'll have to keep my live suite version now then..
