4.04: Start marker changes not saved

when I only change the Start Marker and save the song again, the start marker is on the previous/old location.

I'm unable to reproduce your bug:
-I start Live
-Change the Arrangement Start Marker
-Save the song
-Change the Arrangement Start Marker
-Save the song

Then the Arrangement Start Marker doesn't change positions.
The saved set also remembers the Arrangement Start Marker correctly.
