man valerian tastes like crap! i bought some root extract years ago and i would rather eat poo direct from a turtles bum..

lol... yeah t don't taste that good... but it works.. In fact the taste (in this case bitter) is really important in herbal medicinal properties.. In a stimulatory sense.

I've been interested in herbal healing for a while, but it is my personal experience, with them that really puts that 'interest' into perspective!
