Who has VIRB ?

Post by leedsquietman » Tue Jul 29, 2008 8:59 am

Any of you guys using VIRB to host your music etc.

I'm not big on social networking sites, but this one seems a good balance of hosting your music without downsampling it as bad as Myspace and is quite customizable too and best of all, no 6 song limit.

So I just joined
http://www.virb.com/umbrielrising

If any of you are on VIRB and want a friend, post your links and I can be a number for your friend collection :)

Go Live users, yay !

Me too, I much prefer Virb to myspace, hopefully it'll keep gathering steam.

Great site but you have to be a little proactive on it to get some exposure..and there's nothing wrong with that. It's not the "just post a song and think I'm popular" mentality of myspace.

Dumb Machine

Virb is nice looking, but not as active as myspace. Which is good and bad.

dont miss the Live users group, FWIW

I love how it gives you the chance to listen to something from someone that adds you. I've found some great stuff that way.

it is a good home base..
you can slap its calender/player on other sites so i only have to update one spot and it covers them all :)

Virb is really easy on the eyes. Myspace is eye death.
