Crackles with Live 4.0 and VSTis!

Hi,

After installing Live 4.0 I am noticing a lotta crackles when running simple VST instruments like Triangle 2 and Simsynth for example. I am also experiencing crackles upon playback. This problem does not take place with Orion 4.0 when I play VST instruments. I have a 900 Mhz Athlon with 640 MB RAM and an Audiophile 24/96 Card. Any help would be appreciated.

Its probably a In/Out routing issue within the Live settings for your soundcard. Try swapping channels in Live prefferences and disable all channels including virtual channels that you are not using. I had the same problem with my Echo DJ card with Live and Reaktor4 but again the problem was the audio routing of the soundcard within the programs settings.

Make also sure you use the newest Version of Live which is 4.0.4.
