Anyone get BCR2000 toggle lights to match SOLO
Anyone get BCR2000 toggle lights to match SOLO
When I engage the toggle function on my BCR buttons controlling SOLO it behaves like a radio, requiring multiple presses. Unlike MUTE which works like a perfect toggle.

hm.. oddly enough I couldn't get mute to respond right, used to work and then something happened on an update and it didn't work anymore. tried all sorts of settings in the bcr and then gave up eventually.
maybe it works again...

It was as if someone shook up a 6 foot can of blood soda and suddenly popped the top.
If i'm correct, the toggle function on my BCR is at off for the mute buttons. Toggle on indeed means you have to press twice for some functions. But I have to say that I use my BCF in Mackie emu mode now, wich works great for me.

to clarify - there are two toggle modes on the BCR - ON and OFF. you need to use the OFF setting to get the results as required by the OP. unfortunately, i can't find a way to make the lights stay on using this mode, but this is also true for other controllers as well.hoffman2k wrote:Just change the button to toggle mode.
An on/off setting still goes with 1 mode. Its either on or off.amoeba wrote:to clarify - there are two toggle modes on the BCR - ON and OFF. you need to use the OFF setting to get the results as required by the OP. unfortunately, i can't find a way to make the lights stay on using this mode, but this is also true for other controllers as well.hoffman2k wrote:Just change the button to toggle mode.
The OP and you need to turn toggle mode on and need to make sure parameter feedback is enabled. (Remote Output to BCR enabled)
You also need to make sure the parameters in live are received as "Absolute" because sometimes they get accepted as "Relative signed bit".

Yours work that way? Mine do not work. As I stated above, using MUTE works fine. LED lit when Mute is engaged, off when un-muted. SOLO, using Absolute and Toggle on, requires 2 clicks to change hte status, thus my dilemma. I can't remember if Live 4 or 5 did this, but I need proper feedback now.
Anyone get correct feedback on solo?
