Missing presets when I installed update to 7.09

I've just installed the update and for some reason, many of the presets in live devices are no longer there....(ex. compressor 2, performance and DJ and many others......I've checked and re-checked the library path.....I've even gone back and opened up 7.02 and now they are all missing from there as well......any ideas?
